Not in a million years…but for grace…

I married a Pastor…in Alamance County. Who would have thought?

Jeremy laughs and says, “The prodigal has come home.” It’s true. I can hardly believe it myself.

People here knew me. They knew the elementary me and the high school me (God forbid!). They knew the me before God wrecked me in college. Before grace became more than a word. Before the Gospel “made all things new.”

I giggle at the thought of it. Feel a little shame at the same time. God is just so unpredictable.

But He’s also so faithful. And He changes lives. And gives second chances. And lets the prodigal come home because His Son came here. And grace has changed me. Keeps changing me. I can’t get over how my Abba Father has loved and rewritten. And how He keeps making messy things beautiful.

That’s why our family is here. That’s the message the Gospel begs us to share. That’s why the Summit Church has planted this campus in Alamance County.

Easter is Sunday. And I’m shamelessly inviting ya’ll to our campus. Begging you maybe. Because God’s love and grace has wrecked my life. In beautiful ways. And we are so desperate for you to experience Him too.

No judgment. No condemnation. As you are…

Here’s our campus info.

We are so, so thankful to be here!

” Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.” (II Corinthians 5:17,18)
