Grace for the Good Girl-Chapters 16-18

This is it…the last 3 chapters of Grace for the Good Girl. Thanks for joining me! I pray you’ve been challenged and blessed!

Some thoughts on chapters 16-18-

Chapter 16-Safe, even in failure
Highlighted-”When what you do determines who you are, then failure to do means failure to be.
Pondered-”What are some rights you hold tightly in your hand? Are you willing to release them in exchange for Jesus?”

Chapter 17-Safe, even when it all goes wrong
Highlighted-”Enjoy the tempo of a God-breathed life by letting Him set the pace.” (Sarah Young)
Pondered-“What is the difference between things going right and things working together for good?”

Chapter 18-Safe, even when you don’t feel safe
Highlighted-“My only option is to trust in the One who holds all things together, even when they fall apart. To trust even when it doesn’t feel true. To believe in safety even when I don’t feel safe. To set my mind on what is true even when it feels foolish and naive.”
Pondered-“As you stand in that vulnerable place, ask yourself: What is the truth? What will I choose to believe? What will I choose to do? Will I give up the right to feel as if God’s truth is true?”

Summary-”Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.” (Ephesians 3:20,21)
